Our Story
We worked in leadership development for a Fortune 500 company and a sisterhood formed.
As former corporate colleagues, a sisterhood was formed around a passion for human centered leadership. We spent years alongside one another coaching thousands of leaders in 1:1 and group settings and designing purposeful leadership development experiences for a global organization. Individually we have both established ourselves in the professional coaching world as PCC Level ICF coaches and have joined together to bring you this heart led mentor coaching experience.
Eliza has made a name for herself as values and purpose centered coach working with teams and leaders around the world, while Emily has ventured into the spiritual realm and is harnessing the skill of coaching to help humans awaken to their truest soul journey.
Regardless of where you completed your coach training, we specialize in mentoring ACC and PCC coaches in embodying the ICF Core Competencies through the lens of human evolution, using transformational coaching skills to elevate the clients self-knowledge, energy, and growth.
